MyCard is a Credit Card designed exclusively for Credit Union members by MasterCard. It offers QTCU members competitive interest rates, value-added benefits and easy shopping both locally and globally.
MyCard is accepted wherever the MasterCard logo is displayed and MyCard holders can obtain cash advances from thousands of ATMs throughout Australia and overseas.
MyCard now offers QTCU members a choice of Silver and Gold Card options depending on their needs.

The Gold MyCard offers all the benefits of the Silver option plus:

- Comprehensive travel insurance for overseas travel

Online Banking
Managing MyCard online is easy. The secure MyCard website tracks balances, transactions and reward points. By logging on to www.cardservicesdirect.com.au, cardholders can:
- View account details, balance and activity
- View Transaction history (up to 12 months)
- View Estatements and statement due date
- Make BPAY payments
- Change their ATM PIN
To log on and gain access to their account, members will need their 16-digit credit card number and ATM pin. If you are unsure of your personal access code, you can obtain it by contacting 1300 135 538 at any time.
Apply for a MyCard today
You can apply for a MyCard if you are 18 years or over, an Australian citizen and a member of QTCU. Simply download an application form, drop in to your local branch or call us on 13 29 30.
Lost or stolen cards
If your MasterCard, ATM PIN or TPIN is lost or stolen you should immediately contact Card Services on 1300 135 538 or if you are overseas +61 2 8225 0620 (ask an international operator to reverse the charges).
