Louisa Chamberlain

Louisa joined QTCU Financial Planning in April 2010 in a specialist role focusing on personal insurance advice and solutions. Louisa’s broad financial planning experience and investment knowledge uniquely compliment her expertise in personal insurance advice.

Louisa began her financial services career working in the Financial Planning division of a large accounting firm. Continuing her interest in financial services, Louisa commenced formal studies in financial planning before joining Suncorp in 2004, where she worked in various support roles including client service, fund administration and most recently para-planning. In recognition of Louisa’s technical skills and investment knowledge, she joined and ultimately ‘headed-up’ the Product Research Team at Suncorp. Louisa held responsibility for researching appropriate investment options from Investment Managers across the industry, before recommending a select group of managed funds for use by the entire Financial Planning division. 

After completing her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2007, Louisa began providing client advice as a Financial Planner.  She performed this role with distinction, receiving a national award for service excellence in 2008.

Louisa elected to specialise in personal insurance advice after becoming increasingly aware of the substantial level of under-insurance in Australia.  Louisa is passionate about ensuring that her clients understand their insurance options and the importance of adequate insurance coverage.

Louisa Chamberlain is a salaried employee of QTCU Financial Planning Pty Ltd, and both your adviser and QTCU Financial Planning Pty Ltd are Authorised Representatives of Outlook Financial Solutions Pty Ltd and are regarded as the 'providing entity' under the Act.
